It's not connecting to wifi
The camera given to me was defective and It's difficult to return as I travelled after buying it, and was not able to test it first

Good camera and software: EXTREMELY bad Audio
Static is all that you hear in live and recording modes. The camera (& in fact all tape camera that I bought) have very bad Audio and Video EXTREMELY BAD QUALITY MICS making it extremely difficult to hear anything. The camera is good for video and pics only. If you want to record and monitor voice, steer away from this camera and this brand in general.

I highly recommend the Tapo C500 outdoor camera!It’s an amazing camera with powerful features like 360° pan and tilt, smart motion tracking, night vision, and weatherproof (IP65) design.
