Better Price and More Milligrams
Carlyle Supplements are my favorite go to brand. I am getting more Ceylon cinnamon at a better price than other brands. I am taking these capsules to help lower my blood sugar. I will know if they work on my next blood test. They are well packaged and arrive fresh. I highly recommend them.

I’m great product. Take cinnamon on a regular basis. This seems to be the best. Keep them online. And I’ll continue to buy.

Good stuff, bad size.
It's a nice addition to my daily turmeric. Turmeric has done miracles for my terrible joints and inflammation issues from fibromyalgia. I can't tell how well these would do alone for that but cinnamon has many benefits and I can tell by the scent these are high quality. My only complaint is seriously, don't get these if you have a problem with horse pills. I have an issue with a bum esophageal flap and if I don't take these with a huge gulp of liquid I'd never get them down, and you do NOT want cinnamon pills getting stuck in your throat. Long-term exposure of soft tissue to ground cinnamon is caustic. I might shop around for smaller pills next refill. Pills don't get much larger than these. I took a star off because they're not even filled all the way to merit the size.

Taking cinnamon tablets to help lower cholesterol levels. Easy to digest with no after taste. Product does work.

I take this vitamin to help lower my blood sugar & it does! It doesn’t leave a nasty taste like some vitamins . Affordable & works 5 stars
