Mobile app is terrible. Signal receiving smartwatch offers useful features, but its mobile app falls short in functionality, and signal reception leaves much to be desired, impacting overall user experience. Also not at best

My daughter absolutely loved this watch! There are games and settings on it that keep her entertained and committed to taking care of it. As a first watch goes, it's a pretty good choice to get your child interested in wearing a watch and keeping up with the time.

First, trying to set up the app to work with the phone is extremely difficult and doesn’t make any sense. there’s hardly any instructions in the box and you can’t put a picture of yourself on your contact so that your child can look at your picture and know that they’re calling you. on top of that it takes about 24 hours for the Sim card to link with the device and you have to attempt to use the device in order to find out how to register that IMEI with the actual phone service that you choose. Beyond that the app has ads every time you try to answer a call or make a call and then you have to pay for the ads to be removed on this app (that comes with the phone that you already purchased). Yeah when I tried to do that, it couldn’t even give me a price and allow me to pay for the privilege of not having ads while I’m trying to talk to my child…. Don’t waste your money or your time with this product. I’m returning it I can’t even do a single video call on the app because the app is now no longer working. It worked for like half a day and then stopped working. I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated. Please don’t buy this product if you value your sanity.

High quality easy to use watch. My 9 year old begs for an apple watch so we got this for her and it is very durable and the battery lasts for 2 days

It works somewhat ok, but expected better. It takes time to locate and it’s a general location but exact. The time always resets. The app is always hitting you with ads when you use it.

Very simple to set up. My 7yr old loves but. I figured out you will need to add a a 1 before the numbers in order for the phone to call any contacts! And I am seeing that the gps is not accurate a lot! I am getting the area my daughter is in and not the actual place.
