Good product, helped with my anxiety and bad sleep. Though in the end of the day I had to tackle the problem that caused those symptoms with something different. Easy to swallow, no side effects for me

For years I've suffered by not being able to sleep well. My mind would be racing and flicking through random thoughts. I decided to try these out and I think they do indeed help with relaxing, clearing my mind and letting me sleep a bit better. The tablet is quite large but manageable with a sip of something. The taste is quite neutral and I didn't have any repeating. When handling the tablet, there is a weird coating which doesn't smell great...kind of musty. For me, I describe the effect as like wiping my mind a bit. It actually stops me focussing my mind and mellows me. Hard to describe but I recommend you try them if sleeping is an issue.
