My son used this to throw when he couldn't get outside. Allowed him to keep arm moving, even though it isn't exactly like throwing to another person. He liked it for that purpose.

Really good for training indoors, I use it a lot now that it is cold.

Must buy a ball separately.

Good product in a pinch to get your throwing in. Doesn’t work with heavier plyos or high velocity throwers as it becomes loose and borderline dangerous even after following proper setup techniques

It’s great for Winter throwing indoors. Make sure you wear a long sleeve shirt underneath it as the fabric is really tough and will scratch you.We throw weighted baseballs with it too. But some of the plyo balls are too heavy to throw with proper intent so we don’t do plyo with it. Great for being able to get some long toss done in your bedroom if that’s what ya got.
