Very poor customer service
I received my chair from The Sleep Company on February 16th. Despite calling their customer care department multiple times and leaving negative feedback, no technician has shown up to assemble it. I was promised twice over the phone that someone would arrive, but no one ever did. I strongly advise against purchasing anything from The Sleep Company. Very poor customer service

Excellent customer service from sleep company from Mr. Naresh Kumar handled came and assembled the chair with explaining all of our query, good service

Worth it but if you get it under 30k
In 3weeks my backpain reduced by 30% The quality is too good. Its a heavy chair keep in mind but you can feel the quality. The mesh is so good i never sweat now and its mad comfortable. Worth if you get it around 30k

Good first experience
Installation was arranged free of cost by the company and the service person was very cooperative. The chair is of high quality with good lumbar and neck support. The arm rests can also be adjusted which prevents it from knocking on the table edges. The only thing I'm disappointed with is the leg rest which I feel will not serve its purpose. It is not of adequate length and was probably kept at that length to prevent it from breaking under strain. I don't intend to use the leg rests much though so I'm not worried.

After 2 yrs of following Got this but its not worthy for Men who is tall For women below 5.5 ft its good choice but not more than 5 to 6 hrs For taller people no proper thigh support Also not sure of Mesh Too high price Rather go with others you test
