Order arrived in great time, but was very disappointed with its first use, the blades and screw tip were of poor quality and had to spend a few hours making things right.This now works perfectly, but for the price I expected this to ready to use on delivery !!

This tool seemed good quality on arrival but broke on second attempt of using it.To make matters worse when I contacted the retailer about a refund and ask if they wanted the item returned they ignored me.Looks like I will be out of pocket. I will not be buying one of the same make or anything from the vendor!
