I use to massage my back and lags.

I originally bought this to include with my in-home plantar fasciitis physical therapy routine. I would use the peanut on one foot while I iced the other, and then would switch. It helped to include it and my PF has resolved since then. Last night I remembered I had it and decided to try it on my mid back where I get sharp shooting pains. My orthopedist told me the way I hold my phone (playing Pokemon Go!), is what’s creating a muscular problem and that I needed to pare back on the Pokemon and only play for small increments. Yet the pain doesn’t only come from holding my phone; it comes from when I’m using a chopping knife while cooking, or using a dish brush when using dishes…anything related to holding my arm in a certain position for an extended period of time (I guess it’s built up over time and I’m more sensitive now). At any rate, I’m here to say I used this baby for 20 minutes last night on that painful area and the sharp pain disappeared. I plan to incorporate it daily into my physical wellness routines and hope to continue to see these results. Very pleased, and relieved of pain!

Product is really well made. However in the description it claimed to come with a "LifeTime Warranty" - I followed instructions included with the roller. Uploaded my receipt. Got a flash message claiming it was received. I never got a confirmation that it was received in my email. Tried to navigate their so called website, but it kept telling me to fill in my information and upload my receipt. It became exhausting. Just trying to make sure everything was correct. I decided if I couldn't find a link or an email address to their Customer Service at this point, I would really be out of luck if I needed to have help. Not worth the risk. I will continue to look for a similar item without the stress of simply trying to register and have proof of warranty. This was an awful experience would never recommend an item from this company.
