My daughter is gluten free and she loves the taste and texture of this panettone. I also have done research to find the best and Chiostro Di Saronno panettone’s are highly recommended. Purchased the gluten free for my daughter and a classic for us to enjoy for the holidays. It has been a tradition in our household to always have panettone for Christmas morning and I was thrilled when I found this gluten free version for my daughter so she could still enjoy the tradition with us. Not my favorite
I ordered two brands for Christmas and this one was not as tasty, nor did it have as fine a texture, as the other. The wrapping was beautiful. But I would not order it again. The fruit was too chunky and the texture was grainy. I appreciate the fact that gluten free options even exist but this is not my favorite one.
