Very good product! Helps me feel calm and less stressed. Easy to take and good for daily wellness. Totally worth it

Very very very very good product

My energy levels are maintained through out the day and sleep quality is enhanced. Overall it worth evry penny. Till now I haven't fell any side effects.

Writing this review after about 10 days usage (1 tab per day). My age is 43 years. I am definitely experiencing an increase in energy, though I am not sure if its due to placebo. My wife has noticed difference in performance as well (she is not aware of my usage of this tab). I had in the past used ashwagandha of other brands (including Himalaya's other cheap variety) without experiencing any significant benefits. In their defence I may add that earlier I was not taking them with warm milk as recommended. With this variety I am taking it with warm milk in the morning daily. I have also made minor adjustments in my diet and physical activity routine. In summary I cannot certify if the benefits I am enjoying lately is due to the ashwagandha tablets, but I will definitely order them again. PS: No difference experienced in sleep quality though.

Good quality but price is higher

Ashwagandha is known for increasing energy mentally & physically. As it is a ayurvedic herb it takes upto 10 days for results to be shown. These tablets are little costlier but as it comes in a tablet form just made with its roots. There are no side effects of this but some precautions are to be followed when eating anything

I am very disappointed with this product. When I received the bottle, many of the tablets were already broken into pieces. This clearly shows poor quality control and packaging. I tried to request a return/replacement through Amazon, but my request was not accepted, which made the experience even worse. As a customer, I expect to receive intact products, especially for something I am supposed to consume. Because of the damaged tablets, I am not confident about the product quality or safety. This is unacceptable. I would not recommend this product to others unless the seller improves packaging and quality checks. I am also planning to raise a formal complaint regarding this issue. Overall, very dissatisfied with this purchase.
