nice and light.but quit working a month after purchased.
that i found out there is only 2 USB port. now i had to buy a usb hub' and now just about a month after purchasing this items, it wil not turn on, and dell tells me there is no warranty on this pc. so i am out of 600.$

easily overheats
This notebook has a really cheap feel to it. It feels like it flexes when I pick it up. Also, it's prone to overheating and has a really loud fan. I would not purchase this model again. Update: This computer died less than 11 months after I purchased it. I received an error notification telling me that I was not using a Dell cord and that the battery may not charge. I was using the same cord that was included with the computer and thought the cord may have gone bad. I ordered a new cord which did not solve the problem. Once the battery level dropped to 19%, the computer would not power up again. Fortunately I moved most of my files to DropBox before the Dell died. I've owned Acer, Asus, and Lenovo notebooks, and all of those were better than this Dell.

La cámara de vídeo se rompió después de 2 semanas. El soporte técnico intentó solucionarlo de forma remota, pero después de unas semanas me dijeron que necesitaba llevar la computadora a EE. UU. a un centro de servicio por mi cuenta. Otro mes después, los pestillos de plástico de la carcasa de la computadora se rompieron. Tuve que sellarlo con pegamento para que funcionara al menos un poco más. Funciona terriblemente. La sincronización con la nube se activa automáticamente y resulta imposible trabajar debido a descargas muy lentas de Internet, incluido el zoom que se niega a funcionar.
