Perfect! Works great! So glad to have it!

Made my high schooler find a computer that would meet his needs (he likes to play some games, but not a heavy gamer) and was the best he could find at a good price. He chose this one and has had it for about a month with no complaints. Before this he had a Chromebook so was looking for a computer with a Windows OS. It seems to be a good starter computer he can use to figure out what he will get the next time.

Replaced the wife's older Dell. Does it all faster and with better resolution. One minor deficit... it does not have a fingerprint scan capability, when my wife really liked. SO minus 1 star.

This notebook has a really cheap feel to it. It feels like it flexes when I pick it up. Also, it's prone to overheating and has a really loud fan. I would not purchase this model again.Update: This computer died less than 11 months after I purchased it. I received an error notification telling me that I was not using a Dell cord and that the battery may not charge. I was using the same cord that was included with the computer and thought the cord may have gone bad. I ordered a new cord which did not solve the problem. Once the battery level dropped to 19%, the computer would not power up again. Fortunately I moved most of my files to DropBox before the Dell died. I've owned Acer, Asus, and Lenovo notebooks, and all of those were better than this Dell.

The media could not be loaded. Really Nice size with great features for budget, in this video I connected my PlayStation 4 controller to this laptop via Bluetooth to test out the Ryzen specs by playing some dead by daylight which I was able to play for a few hours, it did heat the laptop up really bad as I expected and I didn’t want to burn it out because I initially got this laptop for college. Everything was as described except the GHz which I’m assuming since they said “UP TO 4Ghz” that they meant overclocked instead of the base speed because my base speed is 2.10 which honestly isn’t bad for a laptop. The camera is decent , 720 is max resolution for photos and 30fps is max for videos. My conclusion is that this is definitely a great laptop for your average daily tasks watching videos, school , video calls etc. it’s great and more than enough, but for gaming I would not recommend, which I have a desktop PC So I wouldn’t recommend any laptop for gaming unless you’re willing to spend more which in that case you should just buy a desktop PC. I just thought the gaming expect would be pretty cool to share because this is definitely a powerful laptop but like PlayStation 3 powerful if that makes sense lol. I would recommend buying overall just because of the price alone, I have no complaints.

Good quality

No complaints here this things pretty awesome. Running full recording studio software on it just fine. Super crisp resolution/screen, no lagging, does everything I need it to. Price is a little high but it comes with a full warranty for a year from Dell as well. Pretty sleek and lightweight too. Only con I can say against it is be very careful with the screen this laptop is very thin.
