This is a good unit and does what it's meant to do, remove water, and it does this very well.I purchased this unit to replace a much older one as I wanted one with a timer. A lot of dehumidifiers say they have a timer, but this generally means that you can set the unit to go off after a certain number of hours after you've switched it on, whereas I wanted to be able to set when it goes on and off. This unit allows this through the app control, which is easy to use and works very well.I have subsequently purchased a second unit and my daughter also purchased one. What more can I say, highly recommended.

The media could not be loaded. Like how user friendly it is and how cost effective it compared to other unit value for money is really good.

This really removes water from an atmosphere, I have another dehumidifier which is rated much lower and it was okay, but this thing literally pulls the water out of the air… By the litre!The Wi-Fi app (smart life) is nice and easy to use and intuitive, you have to push and hold the timer button on the capacitive top of the dehumidifier until the timer symbol flashes and then just turn on the smart life app and it finds it for you.In app you can set timers, change modes and speeds as well as integrate it with other automations (if you have a Wi-Fi temperature sensor or a hygrometer for instance, you could set it to come on or go off at a certain level)… There's lots of options in this area and I really like how it works, it's also pretty simple to turn on and off with the app.However, and it's a really BIG however, this thing makes such a noise… And the worst thing is, whether I set it on high level or sleep mode, it makes no difference at all, it makes the same amount of noise… And when I say "same amount of noise" I mean it's ridiculously noisy for such a product.I couldn't be in the same room and watched the TV or anything else because it would just annoy the hell out of me, I certainly couldn't sleep.I love its function but for £160 nearly, I want something that doesn't sound like this. If anyone's got any recommendations for these kind of units that have reasonable sound levels and Wi-Fi connectivity please let me know.

Using it for almost 1 month. Very good product and very handy to use mobile app

First of all I bought the dehumidifier because of the reviews, however I was extremely disappointed with the machine. First of all it's absolutely huge, secondly with a humidity of 80% because of laundry it only collected 1.5tltrs in 6 hours so the claimed 20ltrs in 24 hours is impossible to achieve, it' needs to collect.0.833 ltrs per hour to reach the claimed 20 ltrs per day. Don't be fooled by fake specifications. Thirdly it's quite expensive to run as it consumes 270 watts per hours on full power. For these reasons I have returned the dehumidifier and gone back to my faithful, reliable 12ltrs per day machine. Best advice look elsewhere for a cost effective dehumidifier...

Works, functionality is ok. Haven’t tried the app yet.Humidity reading is sadly about 15-20% higher than other humidity meters placed in the area (I have placed 6 in number readers that are all reading 60-65% and the display on this unit it reading in the low 80s). Also doubt the 20L a day claimed figure. In summary, I’d spend a little more and get a better known brand.. slightly dissapointed.

Very hard to turn on manually have to use the app, which is difficult when the app can only be put on 1 phone. It is a good unit though
