After doing my research about the best projector screen that I could afford, I contacted Elite Screens and requested information about their in-ceiling screens, Vivian Thai suggested the Elite Screens Evanesce B, 100-INCH 16:9 Extra 12" Drop, Recessed in-Ceiling Electric Projector Screen, and emailed me the Amazon link. I went ahead and ordered it, and the screen arrived within a few days. The installation was fairly easy, following instructions and some common sense. Together with the installation of the ceiling mounted Hisense C1 projector, it took 4 hours. It works perfectly well and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for such a solution.

RECOMMEND THE RADIO FREQUENCY REMOTE BECAUSE IT DOES NOT RELY ON LINE OF SITE, YOU CAN ACTUALLY OPERATE THE SCREEN FROM A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT ROOM USING THE RADIO FREQUENCY REMOTE. EITHER REMOTE HAS 3 SIMPLE BUTTONS (down, pause, up). THE SCREEN IS VERY RESPONSIVE TO EACH OF THE COMMANDS ON THE RADIO FREQUENCY REMOTE. HIGH QUALITY SCREEN MATERIAL MAKES YOUR PROJECTION COME ALIVE. THE SCREEN'S CASING IS WELL DESIGNED & NEARLY COMPLETELY HIDDEN. YOU WOULDN'T KNOW THE SCREEN WAS IN THE CEILING UNLESS YOU WALKED UNDERNEATH IT AND LOOKED UP. THIS IS A HIGH QUALITY PRODUCT THAT IS WELL DESIGNED AND RELATIVELY SIMPLE TO INSTALL. IT IS COMPETATIVELY PRICED AND IF BOUGHT DURING A DISCOUNT SALE YOU WILL FEEL LIKE YOU STOLE THE THING ONCE YOU BEGIN USING IT. TAKES ABOUT 4 HOURS FOR 2 PROFESSIONALS TO INSTALL IN A DROPPED CEILING (installation time may be more for other types of ceilings).

I purchased Elite products previously which seem to work out well BUT! If you have a defect problem with product there is no support or living customer service. That is why in the future O will not purchase this product. I have tried to call customer support about 20 days Kia times for not to get a voice mail to leave a message. After many days I am still waiting for a return call. I emailed the warranty department and after many days I am still awaiting a reply. SO STAY AWAY FROM THIS BRAND PRODUCT.

I think this is very close to a professional screen of this type. The Screen itself I was very impressed with. It seems well built and worked great. The quality of the plastics in the wall mount controller and remote controls could be better.
