I was on the pill for 10 years due to PCOS. Never had stable periods and also had been missing periods for 5 months if no hormones cure new used. I’m now40 and decide to go off the pill and see if things are still working in that department so I started taking this supplement for a few weeks before stopping. Well, after 30 days I had my first period and the following one was just after 28 days for the first time in my life. We’ll see how it pans out in the long run. No side effects. I was afraid I would have GI issues as I often have them as results of other medications so very happy so far! Exact 40:1 ratio between myo and chiro inositol. I take 3 pills in the morning and 3 in the evening as prescribed

I have some very specific issues which led me to research this supplement. Knowing it can help with a range of things, I wanted to try it and have never had it before. The brand seem reputable enough with a range of supplements so I felt comfortable with that before getting them. I also read about the other ingredients included to make sure nothing would interact with anything I'm taking already. I like it when brands put loads of ingredients together as obviously it's being targeted for a specific purpose, however sometimes it can make it difficult if you're already taking vitamins to gauge how much you're getting of each so I did initially stop taking multivitamins before trying this. The tablets themselves don't really taste or smell of anything, and are smooth and easy to swallow without being too bulky. They are vegan so that's great. You are able to take up to 6 a day, so if you did take the maximum dose you'd end up having this as a month's supply which you'd need to bear in mind for the financial commitment. I always say you need to give these things 3 months to work, to see if they're making an impact. For myself, I've been taking 3 a day, just because I like to ease into this sort of thing and I'm also incredibly sensitive in this general "theme" of supplements. I've had no adverse effects generally, although perhaps had some bloating in the first week which quickly settled down. In myself, after almost a month of taking them, there's no substantial difference to report on. Perhaps I feel a bit more settled and less "spikey", with a bit more energy than I had before - so that certainly is promising, but I need more time to tell. However, this is the best format of this supplement I've found with a strong dosage and other supporting things I need so I'll keep trying this brand. I like how much information they have and what they're trying to achieve so in terms of this form compared to competitors, I'd recommend it. And it's not too badly priced either. So overall, for somebody sensitive to supplements physically and otherwise, I've had no issues thus far and feel positive about it. But, I'd need to take them a bit longer to comfortably back if they're helping. For trying it out though and the quality, they seem good and I'd recommend to others.

I have thought this will be yet another product in my cupboard but I have been persistent with it and oh my do I love it! As someone with irregular periods all my life, it became the norm and I got a coil to avoid any surprises, but 6 months of these and my period it's on the dot, I have recommended it to all my friends!

Pro: - Integratore per chi cerca una buona integrazione di Inositolo e di alcune Vitamine specifiche per problematiche Pcos oppure semplicemente per integrare i nutrienti di cui ne abbiamo carenza ( per sapere se abbiamo delle carenze vitaminiche bisogna fare le analisi del sangue ) . - Nessun sapore sgradevole delle capsule e nessuna risalita durante la digestione. - Confezione ben sigillata e di bella presenza. - Il Servizio clienti è presente scansionando con il nostro smartphone il codice QR presente sul retro dell'etichetta del prodotto, poi si aprirà una chat da cui avremo le informazioni su come utilizzare il prodotto, e le spiegazioni sono facili da capire. - Dopo 1 mese di assunzione presumo che l'organismo abbia almeno ricevuto il supplemento vitaminico che contengono le capsule. - Quantità/Prezzo buona per chi deve assumere la dose regolare di 3 capsule al giorno, sono 180 capsule a 32 € e la bottiglia durerà 60 giorni ( 2mesi ) . Contro: - Quantità/Prezzo non economica nel caso bisogna assumere la dose consigliata di 6 capsule al giorno, sono 180 capsule a 32 € e la bottiglia durerà solo 30 giorni ( 1mese ); Ma comunque data la quantità elevata di nutrienti ne varrà comunque la spesa sostenuta. - In 1 mese di utilizzo io non ho ancora avuto il riscontro positivo alla mia situazione.., dovrò quindi continuare l'assunzione del prodotto fin quando lo riterrò opportuno. - Le capsule per me sono grandi misurano 2,3 Cm a capsula ed ho diifficoltà a deglutirne 3 insieme, quindi devo fare più deglutizioni.

Compre este suplemento alimentario de Inositol, porque desde que en mi adolescencia empece a tener la menstruación, empece a desarrollar acne en la barbilla, un acne que siempre se veía peor en la semana que tenia la regla, y luego se me curaba y luego volvía con la siguiente regla, un ciclo que nunca ha parado, hace 4 años mi ginecóloga me dio unas pastillas anticonceptivas y después de tomarlas durante dos años no me soluciono mi problema de acne, sino que lo empeoro, por lo que las deje, y ahora ha mejorado pero nunca se ha ido. Tengo que decir que nunca he sido diagnosticada de PCOS, no tengo menstruación irregular, ni dolores muy fuertes cuando menstruo, ni exceso de vello, ni ningún síntoma de PCOS, pero llevo 10 años batallando con un acne hormonal en la barbilla por lo que he decidido tomar esto para regular mis hormonas. Espero que funcione. De momento me parece muy cómodo tomar estas pastillas, porque son fáciles de tragar, no tienen sabor y es muy cómodo ya que te proporcionan un chat para saber como tomarlas y por cuanto tiempo. Definitivamente me decidí por el Inositol de esta marca por su soporte y porque son las únicas aprobadas por el Ministerio de Sanidad Español, y a parte son las mas completas ya que tienen grandes cantidades de Myo-Inositol y de D-Chiro Inositol, y he leído que la combinación de ambos es lo importante ya que la mayoría no están formuladas de esta forma. Dentro de unos meses cuando haya ya probado los efectos del producto dejare otra reseña para actualizar esta.
