This Biorepair toothpaste does seem to work in reducing sensitivity where the teeth meet the gums. It contains no silica, fluoride (very important to some people) nor titanium dioxide. The claim that it is ‘the only toothpaste that repairs enamel’, however, seems a stretch: there are other products on the market which might be equally effective. The item for sale here is a pack of two 75ml tubes, so good value. We’ll be buying this again.
