Honestly, I love this brand of scooter so much that I decided to get one when it came out in a new model. You'll find that it's exceptionally fast and can easily zip around the block, sidewalks, and shoulders of the road. I ride it out a lot just for a ride. I weigh about 160 lbs. and it carries me around with no effort. We tested the range and battery life and it still had power after almost 2 hours of riding around town. The seat is quite comfortable and the brakes feel firm. And the scooter handles gravel and sidewalk bumps with ease, and the seated ride lowers the rider's center of gravity without being particularly wobbly. Definitely recommend it to anyone who likes to ride around the block. It is worth it!!!

I purchased this electric scooter for commuting downtown in my small city. There is not much elevation change, which is very good because this little thing is definitely best for flat ground. It has a nice speed, and battery life has last over a week with several rides. My commute to work is a little over half a mile and to the store is two and a half miles. So this has been wonderful. Unboxing: this came very nicely package, every peice wrapped securely. My only complaint, so many zip ties everywhere where! But overall very easy to unbox lay it all out and begin assembling. Assembly: instructions were reasonably self explanatory, probably the most difficult was dealing with the handlebar stem, locking the front tire alignment and getting it straight. Once I understood how that worked, the instructions were not super clear, it was just a matter of getting everything aligned and locked in place. A few of the screws for holding the fenders and the basket in place did not want to fit in their assigned holes, the holes were to small and on the basket the slots did not line up correctly. But I was still able to secure the basket with three screws so I believe that will be sufficient until I can drill out the other hole to fit. Riding: before riding I checked the tires, they seemed very soft. My hands are fairly small for a woman so if I could feel that in these tires I knew they were not at the correct PSI. I didn't see in the item description or instructions what the recommended PSI was for this scooter, but the tire wall came through and had it listed. I have an emergency tire kit in my car so I checked the pressure, sure enough these tires were drastically low, somewhere around 20 I think, the tire recommend for 35 PSI so I filled them up. Quick test ride in the evening to see how well the light on the front worked, I can't say it will be super useful to show the rider where you're going but it is bright enough for others to see you. The seat is reasonably comfortable, has a soft feel to it, wide, supportive and some suspension even. The throttle is sensitive, so fair warning ease into the start don't just slam it or you could be in for a surprise. If you start on an incline I suggest giving a kick to help the scooter get started, once rolling it picks up speed pretty quickly. There is only a back brake, I was a little skeptical about this, but after adjusting to coast stop and back brake I think that is really all that will be needed for this scooter. Once you let off the throttle it slows down fairly quickly. Because this is an electric scooter this is minimal noise, a slight hum when you twist the throttle, but otherwise it is almost silent. Overall this is a great investment and will save me a lot of time and gas money for quickly getting to and from work downtown. I would definitely recommend this scooter.

After 1 week of use it stopped working completely. The battery was charged it would come on but it would not go anywhere, no acceleration. I asked for a replacement and we will ship this one back but the replacement went to Florida to wrong address and I live Texas. Customer Service said they will refund it fully and an addtl $20 for the trouble, well i never got the addtl $20. Disappointed all around with this as it was for my daughter transportation to school.

Installation was easier than I expected, just put the seat and basket on. I bought this for my son, so when choosing a scooter, I was more interested in its quality I have to say that the body structure of this scooter is very sturdy and it doesn't make a squeaky frame sound when traveling on the road, even if you accelerate as hard as you can One thing worth noting is that the acceleration system is very sensitive, so you need to twist the throttle slowly when accelerating, and when you twist the throttle as far as it will go, you'll find that it does reach 19Mph. And the range on this scooter is pretty good too. It can support my son to and from the bookstore which is 8 miles away from my house when it is fully charged. We have been using the scooter for a while now and so far the scooter is running well and my son loves it!

Ive been using it for a few months now and i have to say i really like it i personally use it for commuting so heres my review first off i was pleasenly suprised with how well it did with snow if its not to piled up it goes throught it well and while dont recomend it I've ridden it on ice and it did the job although it only got about 12mph in the cold full throttle it sped up ALOT once it started warming up and the millage was longer the seat is firm but comfortable my back fits in the basket though the side walls are a little low it charges pretty fast and the charge looks a bit like a laptop charger you have to put the key in and turn it on to see the battery bars but the little light on the charger turns green once fully charged and red while its still charging up onto the bad the little plug on the charger hole keep poping out no matyer how many times i close it it has trouble staying shut? But it works fine in the rain i ridden it through onto the bad the key ignition plastic protection part broke on really easy like way to easy i accidentally hit it once and it broke it still works but the display wont show the battery anymore plus if you have anysort of bag on the back the kickstand wont work it will tip over and the last bad thing is that it will take a while for replacement parts to arrive there were none near me for the inner tube nor the outer tire so you should get some replacement parts before had so you dont have to wait so long like me to repair it! But other than that its nice and fast i would buy again

Electric scooters with seat have completely changed my commute. The ride is smooth, quiet, and very comfortable. I can check the speed, mileage, and battery level on the display. It also comes with a front light, rear light, which is great for nighttime riding. I reached a speed of 20 mph, which was a bit fast for me, so I slowed down...I believe it can and will go faster. I still had enough charge at 20 miles at 20 mph, so the battery is great too.
