Screen comes off way too often
This is the third time the bottom left part of the screen has broken off. I don't trust dell anymore. I had an HP laptop for 4 years before I decided to upgrade it. I've had this laptop for 14 months and the screen has come off 3 times. The last 2 times I sent it to go get repaired. This is the last straw. Save some money buy a different brand or a different laptop, this ain't it.

Laptop crashed - awful service.
The laptop we bought crashed after 3 months - the hard drive failed. After a dell technician looked at it, we were told that the seller had opened the computer and replaced the hard drive with a different one that wasn't OEM. So we contacted this seller and they said they would fix it. But 2 months later they still havnt fixed it or redunded A total scam this company is Do not buy from them!!

Disappointing
A very flimsy, plastic case. Black keys with very light grey, almost transparent writing on the keys, make the computer difficult to use. Free return, but beware of a 22% restocking fee
