I have a clean house so I was surprised how my spiders, centipedes, weevils, and flies these picked up. Over time every trap was loaded with pests. What's nice is the glue stays sticky long after putting them out. Even a year later the ones in my basement are still catching things. These babies are in it for the long term. What is nice is that you can lay them flat under furniture and appliances where they are not seen or stepped on. You'd be amazed how many things are cruising around where you're not looking. Corners and along baseboards is best, but I had a few I hadn't placed yet just sitting on the counter and found things in it. You can also tape them to a wall where light is cast and they work like magic for flying bugs. Also great in hard to reach suspended ceilings. I also caught a few mice in my basement. Those traps were folded into the box shape. I was afraid if a mouse got in one it would squeak and thrash around. However, I didn't find them until the smell. They go darting in there and get glued down tight. Makes for easy disposal. No blood or mess. Just throw it out and set a new one. Since putting these hidden traps around the house I rarely see any bugs anymore. It was kind of horrifying to see how much they actually caught, but knowing they're constantly working to police up the place is a great feeling. **Q: Does it trap Stink Bugs?**
A: It will trap anything that touches the glue

**Q: people are saying use vegetable oil to free something but is it as easy as pouring on or do you pry off the feet of the rodent/lizard to free it?**
A: I use vegetable oil or (or a vitamin E oil) to unstick lizards or snakes. It works. Just be patient and slowly work each stuck area.

**Q: In the mouse scuffle when attached to the board, the board got tipped upside down and onto my gym mat. How do I get the glue off my gym mat?**
A: Yeah that’s a problem when you use them for mice (vs. insects). Probably want to use an actual mouse trap - it’s less suffering for the mouse too. But for your immediate problem, here’s what I’ve found works on the glue they use in these: long steady pressure to peel it off, very hot water and soap gets the glue off, Goo-Gone (tm), and carpet soap if that doesn’t work.

**Q: How often do they need to be replaced?**
A: I have them in the corners of my basement.  If you don’t get many bugs no need to replace.  If you have a lot of bugs then you would replace with a new one.  It’s easy to know when it’s time to replace.
