Just amazing. I have been on this product for about 6 months now and my life has turned around so much. I have much better deeper sleep. Nerve issues, cramps, heart palpitations gone. It is also not large and does not taste bad. It actually has no taste at al which I like. I now look forward to be 10:35pm alarm each night to take my magnesium. i'm 25 by the way if that helps.

I take magnesium to help me sleep. I fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer when taking it. I have tried various brands, and they are all huge horse pills that are hard to swallow. This brand, however, is smaller than the rest, and, as someone who takes 6-7 pills at night, I appreciate the smaller size. They are easy to swallow and do not leave a weird aftertaste.
