The banner arrived quickly, and was exactly as described. If anything, I wasn't expecting it to be as thick and high-quality as it is, given the custom printing of the name. The one hitch I had was that the method for sending a message to the seller to specify the name was not obvious, but I eventually figured it out, and the seller responded promptly. I would not hesitate to purchase this item again.NOTE: Although the description does not mention them, the picture of the banner includes "eye-holes", which I presume would also have metal grommets. The banner that I received does not have holes and grommets. If that is something that is important to you, you should contact the seller before buying. I didn't need them (and actually am glad that there are none), so this is not a concern for me. Also -- take note that at the bottom right of the banner, there will be a "barcode"-like artifact printed. Again, this does not bother me in the slightest and it is clearly visible in the picture, but I wanted to draw attention to it so that anyone who would be upset by this could, again, contact the seller before buying.
