The serum category tend to be incredibly varied when it comes to consistency. You have your serums that are watery like a toner or, you know, water. Then, you have your serums that has a richness that falls just below a cream or lotion. This one seems to be on the watery end. The reason I like something more rich is that it tends to feel more hydrating and have a better feel when you have a thicker consistency. It also subconsciously makes me think that the product is watered down. I cannot say for certain the ratio used to make the product but I do feel that it probably has a higher concentration of water. It feels very watery as a way of using less ingredients per bottle. When I start a new product, I don't like to add others to my routine in quick succession. Instead, I like to know that if I get a bad reaction or if it lowers the quality of my skin, I can attribute it solely to that product. Luckily enough, I did not get a huge reaction or have any irrritancy issues. I do think this does boost hydration which in itself is pretty great.

This works as well as the major US brands or better and I appreciate the mixed molecular weight. My skin feels plump and hydrated. Will definitely buy again.
