Bought this pillow on the strength of having slept on one at a hotel recently. It is supposed to be firm but is nowhere near as plump as the hotel one. I dread to think what a soft one is like. I guess the hotel ones are better quality wholesale ones and these are inferior quality for retail. Really disappointed.

These are hands down the best pillows on the market for allergy sufferers. They withstand my weekly washes at 60 degrees without losing shape or clumping up. They also handle the dryer. They are comfortable and represent excellent value for money given the high quality.

These pillows actually do what is claimed I.e they are truly washable and go back into shape unlike some other brands, can be used time a d time again after washing.
