Authentic NYC Bialys 1 Dozen

These are nice big bailies- They slice well, And get very crunchy when toasted. The box has three bags. I finished one bag the first week but can get multi quickly because there’s no preservatives so I like I’d seen my mother for decades, sliced up the rest and pop them in the freezer. They don’t even take much longer to toast without being frozen it just keeps them fresh, the crumb is nice and even Without large holes. I have them with cream cheese and Lox or whitefish salad, They also make an amazing grilled cheese in the toaster oven or toast for eggs. I cannot read these high enough

I totally agree with KC Cress !!!! I am also a former New Yorker and know bialys. These things are nothing more than puffed up bagels with a hole in it. They don't even taste good. I just roll my eyes in disgust.To add insult to injury, their ad shows what a real bialy looks like

Took a week to get here so a little stale as expected. Not really a Bialy. More like just plain bread and VERY SALTY. I never had a salty Bialy before. This is not a pretzel. I expect in 2 or 3 days these will be to stale and dry to eat. Money was wasted. Live and learn. I'm sure the seller meant well, but these are not it. Sorry.

These arrived 2 days late due to USPS and YET so good I've ordered from 2 other NE sellers of bialys and these are by far the best - arrived just thawed so replaced bag ties and put into freezer, took 2 out next AM, put in oven for 10 min at 325 and they were like just made! So hard to find bialys in NW so this is great solution that isn't out of my price range

Not quite the taste of a New York Bialy. Disappointing...

This was a gift for a New Yorker friend. She misses Bialys since moving away. Shipping was faster then expected. Bialys smelled and tasted great 🩷

Great to get east coast bialys. They were fresh, packed well and yearned for in California. I am not fond of salty tastes and these are salty. Would love unsalted ones. Thanks anyway!
