Kenwood Lasagne Pasta Attachment KAX980ME, Silver

Wow, this is a game changer. I've always loved making my own pasta and cannoli, but don't have room for more gadgets. Then I discovered this little gem that attaches to my Kenwood K-Mix and works like a dream. Also, being motor driven, it gives me two free hands to work my pasta and pastry through the machine. It has fully adjustable rollers to get your pasta as thin as needed, which are easily operated by simply turning a knob on the machine. It's of excellent quality, construction wise, and is made in Italy, where you'd expect them to know what makes a first class pasta machine. I absolutely love it!

This was bought in a sale for my wife but I use it more than her ! It connects to our Kenwood Chef food mixer and has different settings for pasta sheet thickness. We make our own pasta and with this little machine you can’t go wrong. It is professional kitchen standard and very heavy and works a dream. We are very popular now when we have pasta meal evenings and friends seem more inclined to invite themselves round for our ravioli 😁👍

You can make lasagne sheets easily as long as you use the right sort of flour. I use it it make ravioli and once you get the knack it is not that fiddly or time consuming (you need a piping bag for the filling) There is an xl version sold by Kenwood that I would have preferred if I had known about it at the time because with that one you can also make tortillas/pittas/chapatis etc whereas with the one you can only make lasagne/linguine/ravioli/tortellini

Quality item... matches the description

I bought the lasagne roller and then had to buy the adaptor so it would work in my Titanium machine. As I do not live in the UK I had to pay extra postage to have it shipped overseas. Now that I tried to use the roller for the first time today I find that the rollers do not turn. I can't understand why because the machine is working properly but the bit that sticks out that fits into the machine does not turn the rollers. I've spent over a 100 pounds on something that is now going to be useless.
