Intel 24 Core i9 14900KF Raptor Lake Refresh CPU/Processor

Bought this chip and its been faultless well recommended.

This a great processor! Turbo boost and Turbo boost 3.0 needs to be disabled otherwise you get extremely high temperatures whilst gaming.

its fantastic. Turn off turbo boost and turbo boost 3.0 if you are overheating. Since the CPU is already very powerful Frame Rates will stay consistent.

the most rubish cpu i buy ever. witth noctua nh-u12a in ets2 is go to 90 degrees? amd ddr4 is the best.

Good processor

OK hands down this is the fastest single core CPU on the market. It makes it awesome for games, and with 32 logical CPUs it's also pretty good in its parallelisation. However it's not without issues. The first one had to go back because it had a memory controller issue; effectively the silicon on the bit of the chip which controls the memory was a bit poorly "doped". Seems that it slipped through the Quality Control and made it through to retail. Intel were great in helping out and got the retailer to replace. But something that shouldn't have happened in the first place. The next chip was going for 14 months. And then something "popped". It just shut down whilst compiling shaders for a game (FarCry 5), the first time it was ran. Now it won't overclock past 6.1GHz. This is really, really odd - but turns out I'm in a community of many who've had similar issues. So I think overall it's superlatively fast; but maybe this comes at the price of being less reliable.

Amazing power, does get hot but that's OK.

Was cautious buying this as I knew I could only fit a 240mm AIO in the PC this went into. I have found that the CPU idles around 38° and under benchmarks and very “cpu-heavy” games, it averages around 70°. It does drop into the higher 60s sometimes, and higher 70s. I do have good airflow through the case though.

Great cpu !!! Works for what I need I bought it to replace my 16 core 65w intel i7 . This new CPU runs a lot better has a much better time running everything efficiently. I play games online and edit video and photos all day. Runs like a dream!!!

Really powerful cpu I'm very happy with the results and since it's running with an rtx 5080 it goes really smooth on games

Utilisé dans le montage de mon nouveau setup. Ce processeur est incroyable. Facile à installer sur ma Carte mère ASUS Z790 il est refroidi par un refroidissement liquide AIO ASUS ROG II. Je réalise de la modélisation 3D et joue régulièrement à des jeux gourmands. Ce processeur correspond à mes attentes.
