Q: What packaging does it come in?

Hello they just come loose in a clear plastic press top bag but my son ordered 200 also on Amazon and they came in a display box they were a bit more expensive £12.98

Q: is it bubblegum or a sweet?

It is both, but better as a sweet chewing gum. Once the flavour has been enjoyed it's getting near the end of the enjoyment, though. My kids loved these in the Canary islands so I bought some to bring back holiday memories. They were delighted!
