I have been using it from approximately 1 month and it's realy painful for body. I thought may be I am getting pain for 2 3 days but it's a big task for me to get up in the morning due to pain everyday. I ordered 6 inches n got 4 inches thikcness.

The quality is absolutely fantastic as mentioned. And packaging was quite good. When it's get delivered to my home I sow it was comprised and vaccum in plastic and it was folded. Because it was folded when it arrived, the side that was folded still has a slight crease on the edge, and it's still like that now. It's been three days since it arrived. I thought it would straighten out on its own after a while, but it hasn't. But it was very easy to install.

Mattress is comfortable but there is a very strong odour of chemicals. Hope it settles. Otherwise value for money

This product is very good. I've been using it for a year now and haven't had any problems. It's still just as good as it was when I first got it.
