It works.
It works. Easy install. The PS5 recognized it on boot up, formatted the drive, and asked the setup questions. The drive accepts data and the games play so I'm happy with it. I purchased the 2TB drive via a Black Friday Sale

If you have a PS5 of any kind you should get this
It's very easy to install if you get a lot of free or buy games on the Playstation Store great to have extra space for your gaming system it functions great. Would recommend to anyone that has a PS 5 gaming system.

Works great right out of the package . Installed on my PS5 to add more storage . Easy install and no issues . Worth the money considering the amount of money spent on games .

Used it to increase space on ps5 console storage, setup was seamless as I had watched a few how-to videos prior to install. Working in great condition weeks after install and still with lots more space for future games.

Seagate 2tb ssd is simply the best. Love the new look, You'll be happy with your purchase. This is the second one in our home. I bought the fire cuda for my ol hefty Ps5 and well my son installed both etc. This new and updated version he installed in his newer Ps5 model and Same great quality and speeds. Great choice and in the long run, You'll thank Seagate Gaming for thier products and your self for purchase! 2TB is the sweet spot 4me , but 4tb if U feel needed. Worth the investment. Simplified understanding with design. Easy to install...
