What a great little product I had problems with the first one as it had no sound but contacted the seller who was only too happy to help me in sending a replacement which now works perfectly

Not as big as shown in photos! Had obvious signs that it had been unpacked before, as the cord was not tied anymore and the plug in was bent. Also the cord is only about 20cm long (length of a forearm). Photo shows my LG OnePlus 8 phone on the G.This will be returned

it seems a rushed out product...charge lead useless length,,its battery, and that only lasts a couple of hours,,,if you were,,,to charge your phone on it,,,,pfff...it needs to be a mains operating system to fufil all its claims...totally useless !!!

This product is absolute rubbish. Cheap plastic. The charging cable broke after second use and you can’t charge phone and have lights on at same time. Total rubbish!!!

This was got for me as a gift for Christmas, there are numerous issues with it1: No plug2: No indication of where to get the app3: Charging cable is way too short4: Not any plug or cable sufficiently works it so you're very limited5: Volume goes right back up when it's powered back omThe pro's:1: Everything in the product works2: The various light features are a treat3: The clock once set stays set, even if it switches off4: Volume is brilliant,5: Bluetooth connects from a good distance.There's a lot of features I've still not accessed yet.
