I travelled internationally with these. They completely melted after 2 hours and kept my meds cold for another 3 hours.

These ice packs are small enough to pack around a small lunch box keeping everything cold for hours. I liked that the gel is wrapped/contained in nylon, so there is no chance of breaking/damaging the contents of a travel case. Didn’t time exactly how long the cold lasts, packing them in the morning (7:30AM~ish), the packs had thawed out a little at noon and everything (sandwich, apple, cheese) was still cold.

Perfect for the job. Needed injections kept cool for travel to airport/flight and then travel to hotel, about 5 hours in total and worked perfectly

Malheureusement ces packs ne restent pas froid très longtemps. Un autre achat que j’ai fait dure beaucoup plus longtemps pour le même poids et même volume.

These icepacks are great if you have one of those insulated insulin pouches that you need to keep cold during a trip. And even if you don't need them for that specific purpose, they are a great size for injured children. Got a kid with a sprained wrist? One of these will do the trick just fine. Recommended.
