Install is simple if you take your time and preread the instructions. Leather quality is similar if not the same as the factory material. I’ve been using it for months now and it is in perfect condition even after using it in the gym. I highly recommend this to replace old worn headbands. Makes my old headphones look and feel new again!

Overall a very good replacement, feels exactly like factory. Had to take a star because on the band the leather doesn't fold under well and sticks out.

I like the headband for: 1) color matches well to the original black XM4. It is matte black. 2) the texture and feel of the band matches well to XM4 as well. It is soft and feel good in hand. 3) It is light weight. 4) The instructions have graphic illustration. Excellent! Overall, thumbs up!

Edit: adjusting my review as I learned I bought this part for XM4, but I have an XM3. So this is customer error, but I can’t remove the review. I should have read the description more clearly. The parts they provide to re-attach the pad simply do not fit. It’s very frustrating as now I can use the headphones and can’t reattach the plastic brackets. I can’t find an option to reach out to the vendor for support in Amazon. I really liked their ear pad replacement as a different product, but this was disappointing. I hope someone can reach out and figure out a replacement part for this.

These come in a very simple box. They appear to be quality replacement parts. The headband might not be OEM but more or less similar or better for the price. The leather is padded and will make a nice replacement for my XM4 when the headband ultimately wears out.

Thanks to the soulwit for came up with good solution to replacement of the headphones. The quality is good and installation process is easy. They have provide the tools perfectly with guide flyer.

Completely changed the feel of my headphones, so much more comfortable with new padding! Shipping was super fast and installation was easy and quick. Will definitely be buying this again! Would recommend 100%

can't talk about longevity yet, but it feels good and looks good. I imagine it's not too hard to exchange in the future after installing it.
