I bought this chair and have been using it for a few months now. It is without doubt the best chair I’ve ever used. It was extremely well packaged and the Customer care was excellent, they kept in touch until the item was received. Thank you it is a pleasure to go out now

Having saved up for over a year, I'm disappointed with the service I'm receiving. The wheelchair arrived in separate parts, on different days. The single battery was perfectly packed, but all other parts were in cardboard boxes with no packaging, in partly open boxes, damaged by the contents bashing about. There seem to be parts missing, the chair is not the one advertised (which has TWO batteries). The instruction manual does not make sense for this model (so badly worded, does not make much sense at all). Having taken two weeks to assemble (guess what, I ordered a wheelchair, thus I am disabled), the chair freely wheels when the motors aren't in use (there must be something missing that stops this happening). I'm STILL waiting for a reply to my message to the seller. The quality, however, is excellent.

Not happy with product there's no control, frame, or seat it's incomplete. I got everything and today was the first time using it and I have to say I enjoyed it only 2 little details the the stabilisers are bent and the right mudguard is broken left side ok I was able to go to the store and get what I wanted yippee

Wheelchair wonderful . Charger broken in box . No battery . Box I thought it was in is parcel from BT . Please send battery and charger .
