Since in its infinite wisdom the govt only allows 5% Lidocaine in products, DiabetAid uses other substances to make up for the lack of pain numbing power. I have used this product for a few years, as well as several others that landed in the trash. Its the only product that does what it promises. I can see why they discontinued it. Its affordable and it works. Look for it back on pharmacy shelves as prescription strength at a hefty price.

After suffering over 6 years with pain and tingling in my hands, I have finally found something that actually works. Although I experience pain all day, I only use this product before I go to bed. I always woke up with pain, (on a scale of 1-10) it was a 10; after using DiabetAid the pain is now bearable (3-4) . I apply the cream, rub my hands together and wear white cotton gloves. DON"T get this cream in your eyes, wear gloves after application and keep your hands away from your face. The product does becomes warm on my hands but is not uncomfortable.

Really helps out with the neuropathy when it flares up. Just a little pricey to use constantly.

This produxt is awesome for anyone suffering from nueropathy caused fron diabetes!!! Used to get from Walmart until they stopped carrying it. Works excellant for pain and burning!!! I swear by thus stuff...just make sure you dont touch anywhere sensitive if you hqve it on your hands. Use gloves orbI just put on feet and rub my feet together until it is rubbed in. Best product ever found for me!!!

I have neuropathy in my feet from a back injury and this is about the only thing that stops the pain when it gets bad. It helps with itching as welI. I use it for restless leg syndrome also and it definitely helps--just rub it on your calves and feet. So glad I was able to find this on Amazon because all the stores in my area were out.

It’s a good cream, my husband uses it for his feet, he’s diabetic, it does the job and it takes the pain away for a while but the skin it feels like a piece of carton. It’s weird. My husband stopped using it.

I was so worried they weren’t going to sell this anymore ~ but it is awesome I can give it 100 stars I would! Don’t apply after the shower because your ports are open and it will burn like hell and wash your hands after. It works wonderfully I would die without it

So far this has done the trick. I do need to remember to give my hands a good scrub once I am done so I don't accidentally rub my eyes or touch my mouth. Made that mistake once...not fun. I get a lot of foot pain and tingling when I am trying to fall asleep. This helps warm my feet up and reduce the tingling so I can fall asleep. I will definitely be purchasing this again.
