The jury's out
I've been using this product now for about a month. To be honest, I can't see any great improvement in strength. Occasionally, one feels as if the muscles have additional power. But on other occasions, it doesn't appear to have been any significant change. The scoop particularly small , and you may have to search throughout the jar to find it. Why couldn't they make it with a longer handlet?
