I have used this bag for storage, travel and sous-vide so far. It’s very sturdy and worked wonderfully for packing shampoo for a flight. I can store most vegetables in it (a bunch of carrots fits in there perfectly). Although I used it for sous-vide and would do so again in a pinch it was too thick to be a perfect solution to plastic-free cooking. It’s impossible to get much air out and the thickness of the silicon means it takes a bit longer to heat the contents, but it’s still a nice way to avoid plastic while cooking the perfect steak. It was easy to wash and dries quickly. If these are on sale they are a great bargain.

Easy to use and clean and keeps food nice and fresh!

I punctured it on the first use with my sous vide temp probe. Luckily, it does not leak, only a bit of water gets in sometimes.

Useful for so many tasks: perfect size for refrigerating sliced sandwich meat, putting chopped herbs in the freezer, keeping cosmetics organized in a shoulder bag. I now have a half a dozen of these and they're always in use. Quality like this is hard to beat.
