This device appears to have been tampered with, opened, or is a used product repackaged and sold as new. The device has scratches and a fingerprint on the screen. The keychain is a rusty tarnished colour (see pictures for reference). When powered on, there is an existing saved game, indicating that the device has been used previously (for quite a while based on the game progress). It was very disappointing to receive the device in this condition, seeing as it is expensive and many people buying this item intend to keep it as a collector’s item.
