Awesome Product!
I received mine yesterday. Literally a half hour after I unboxed it, it was installed. And that includes the time I spent obsessively measuring everything to ensure that the mounting clamps were perfectly centered on the extension and divided it into three perfectly equal sections. (I worked with engineers WAY too long. LOL!) I experienced none of the slippage described in other reviews. That said, mine is centrally mounted on a road bike handlebar that flares out toward the center mounting point. Also, the handlebar itself has a black "matte" finish that may help the spacers grip better than they might on a chrome plated or other highly polished handlebar. After I tightened the clamp bolts, the extension didn't budge; it's as solid as can be. I used the thinner spacers/gaskets; a thicker set is included as well. Interestingly, the extension itself is a fairly small diameter. I don't know whether this is "standard" or not; it probably, because the Cycliq Fly12 I mounted on the extension includes a thicker spacer for its handlebar mount that allows it to fit perfectly. But it's something to be aware of. If the components you're going to mount on the extension don't come with spacers to allow mounting on a bar that's 31.8mm/1.25inch in diameter (approximately 100mm/4inches around), you'll have some work to do. All in all, this extension is a perfect fit for my bike, and does its job admirably. It was probably the easiest, most straightforward installation of any component I have ever put on any bike. When it comes time to outfit our other bikes with an extension bar, this is definitely the one I'll get. Finally, I should note that I have absolutely no relationship with Kbrotech other than that of a highly-satisfied customer.

Not an easy install...
Is very lightweight and seems sturdy once installed, justifying its value for the money. The only complaint I have is that the clamps that attch it to the handlebars are too perfectly matched to a single size, which happens to be about 2mm larger than my handlebars. This necessitated making shims of the proper size, which in turn made it quite difficult to hold the clamp in position in order to start the screw. Once it was installed, though, it seemed very rigid. Overall a good buy.

Exactly the right size, unobtrusive, very secure.
Perfect. I use it on my road bike, where I have not much handlebar showing on the tops, yet I want to mount a Garmin Edge 520, a small Lezyne headlight, and a Spurcycle bell. With the Garmin having to twist 90* in order to attach, everything is in the way, even with Garmin's "out front" mount thingy. So I moved the Garmin and the headlight to this bar, headlight on the far left, Garmin on the far right. Works like a hole. The bar mounts to the handlebars very securely, and everything mounts to it very securely. It doesn't stick out too far, and I like that it is exactly as long as I need it to be, and no longer.

bar is way too small / screw hole stripped
I bought this to space out a bar bag from the frame and use as secondary mount for lights. Concept is great, but implementation is horrible. I know it is a low cost item, but it is very cheaply made. One of the screw holes stripped out on the initial installation. I managed to get it secured with a little finesse, but had some concerns about long-term integrity. Those were eliminated once I tried to mount things to the bar. The bar diameter is ridiculously small. Nothing clamps to it, even with spacers. I tried spacers inside of spacers which didn't work. I suppose you could try adding rubber sheets in layers, but this results in a wonky set up. Also, the bar ends are flush with the OD of the bar. This means a bar bag attached with Velcro or straps, can easily slide off. You can try to adjust strap spacing or clamp location on the bar but, for me, this didn't work from dimensional constraints. Not only I would not recommend this product, but I believe this is a waste of resources.

Too short for my bike.
Well built but couldn't use due to the bends in my handlebar. It should be 4" longer or the mounts need to swivel.

Pretty neat little ideal for adding things to your bike handlebars
Pretty neat little ideal for adding things to your bike handlebars I had one for three years on my bike no problems in just for some reason the last month I broke two of them were the screw is so I get the owner piece of metal but I still think they're worth it maybe this last one won't break I put a 36 ounce cup in it and that's the one that breaks down outsid I had one for three years on my bike no problems in just for some reason the last month I broke two of them where the screw is so I get the owner piece of metal but I still think they're worth it maybe this last one won't break I put a 36 ounce cup in it and that's the one that breaks on That side I just got a watch what I put on it maybe it'll last another three or four years

Good value and performance
Works great on mtn bike and gravel bike. Nice for mounting a handlebar bag + phone or computer mount + light. Have used for 1 season with zero issues. Easy to install.

use old innertube to keep from slipping
We bought two of these for our Radcity ebikes. Took off one star because there was no grippy wrap or spacer that came with it and one star off for installation because of that too. The spacers were too small and the hard plastic liner for the bracket didn't grip so the first one we installed wouldn't stay put. We had bought handlebar wrap to install them but that didn't work either. Then we had to think and I remembered when my brother-in-laws crew was trying to figure out a repair for his sailboat during the race and I suggested a piece of the rubber roofing that was laying around the marina we were at. That worked for them so we got out an old spare innertube that hubby was carrying around as a spare for years and cut it up to make strips to wrap around the handlebars then put the bracket on and tighten it. It was a two person job only because he is very precise and wanted the innertube strip to line up perfectly and I had to hold things together so they wouldn't move while he tightened. That worked great on both bikes and once we figured the first bracket out everything went quick after that. We cut them long then wrapped, tested and trimmed before installing to make sure the number of wraps around the bar was good. Then we used the first one as a template to cut three more to install on both bikes. They have been on there over a year now and we have lights, gopro mount and phone mount on the accessory bar and it has not come loose yet. He is disappointed that he scratched the first carbon fiber tube a little before we figured it out but it doesn't detract from this very useful bar. Without it there wasn't room for everything with all the stock stuff already on the Radcity handlebars. We would buy again.

Light and a little bit fiddly for me to put on
So I bought this so I could a bag to the handlebars. It arrived very expediently from the US. The bar is light weight which it's meant to. You don't want to add too mych weight to your handlebars as it is. Easy enough to install eventually. I just found it fiddly because my handlebars aren't one size. I would have given it 5 stars except it needs a variety of rubber inserts with different thickness for it to fit different sized handlebars. Definitely would recommend.

Simple set up, robust for my needs
I ride a small frame and when fitting my sleeping gear (tent, matt, pillow etc. inside a compression bag) to the bars it hits the front wheel. I tired a few solutions but this has been the best option so far. Angled up, I cinch the bag to the handlebars and extension bar keeping everything away from the front wheel. Tested over few days bikepacking over bumpy fire roads, it hasn't slipped.

Very Solid Build
This thing is actually really good. The quality of all the parts is surprisingly high, decent hardware, everything fits snug and secure, and it comes with two sets of spacers to get the fit right on your handlebars. For my 31.8 bars I used only the thinner spacers and got a good fit. This is really handy to free up space in your cockpit for lights, phone holders, etc.

Good quality, brackets, cheap tube, but probably fit for purpose
Clamps are very strong. I was also able to fit them on my wide 32 mm diameter handlebars although it was a tight fit and I couldn’t use any of the included gaskets. I just put a little bit of electrical tape around my handlebars to remove the chance of scratching the handlebars. Note that the tube appears to be plastic and the paint on it scratched easily while putting the clamps on even carefully. Nevertheless, the scratches are small and they’re not visible unless you really look closely. The plastic tube is probably the weak point of this setup, but it is probably strong enough for its purpose. I would buy again, but I would look for one that was more scratch resistant, and made of a stronger material.
