I appreciate the superior audio quality and call clarity of this product, prompting repeat purchases. However, the size is unfortunately unsuitable for extended wear due to discomfort.

Good sound quality and ANC good battery life..

Earbuds continue to disconnect after a couple of days used, already tried to reset everything but still no avail, it is useless and frustrating.. Total waste..

From the look of these earbuds, it felt these would offer superior sound quality vs what soundspeats traditionally offers in cheaper models.I tried these earbuds for more than a week. Overall the sound quality felt a bit thin, vocals amplified too loud far before you could hear the rich mid range music, you would have to set equalizer to get sound of your choice. I have to accept that these could get loud and battery life is very good. I didn't use the earbuds extensively for meetings so can't talk about mic quality. I generally like smaller earbuds as these felt a bit bigger for my ears. The supplier was very supportive.The case was having a premium feel, a bit big though, if you could have your name engraved on metal, that would have been a special selling point.Overall, decent earbuds, large earbuds/case, good customer service.
