Works great, is inexpensive, and is available as subscribe & save. There is no taste, which is good, because the powder form tastes truly terrible, and you don't want to do that, trust me.

I liked the quick-release boast on this which I not seen on others. I do believe it occurs too. Other capsules--often stronger--kick in 2-3 hrs after ingesting. and creep up on you during your work-out. When taken prior to working out, these have us ready to go when we get there. Again, not the strongest, but all you need for a medium workout.

I used to think that Carlyle made higher-quality supplements. But the ones I've tried over the last couple of years seem to be only so-so quality. The prices are cheap though, so I guess you get what you pay for. After trying this entire bottle of tongkat ali, I honestly saw no effect; even using up to six tablets in a day. I've used various tongkat ali supplements over the years and so I know how the good stuff effects me. This stuff didn't have any effect unfortunately. I wouldn't purchase it again.
