I’m editing my Review. This stuff tastes like fungus, not Eleuthero Root. Now I’m not sure if this stuff is real or not. It seems to have pumped up my sex drive considerably, but now I have mild insomnia. It could be the Cordyceps I have been taking caused that, I don’t know. Also the volume, odor & color of my “Baby Batter” is like a 30 year old! I like Eleuthero, it’s strong. but subtle in it’s effects. It usually takes me about three days to a week before it gives me the full effects. I strongly recommend anyone healthy enough to take Coffee or other stimulating things, to use it as a habit. Very good thing for the whole Body. Using Adaptogenic Herbs such as this usually increases energy and endurance. Also more disease resistance. I don’t recommend anyone using Panax without a skilled Naturopathic Doctor. It’s a very Powerful Root. Ginseng can be unpredictable with what it could do to the blood pressure! Siberian Ginseng (Eleuthero)is not Ginseng @ all! It’s a woody shrub. It rarely affects the blood pressure.

I don't really know if these supplements do anything for me or not; I've had a doctor laugh about this, but I continue to try things that might augment my already decent state of health. I have now taken the Siberian Ginseng for almost 6 weeks (at which point I will break for 2-3 weeks as directed by health professionals). When I first started taking these pills (one a day), I got some nasty heart-burn like symptoms, but I found that a full glass of water AFTER (not before) taking the pill relieved that condition. I also noticed having a little more energy when I first started these, but am not sure that this was lasting. I was actually taking these pills in hopes of increasing my blood pressure just slightly, which runs on average around 97/70 but drops in the summertime; nothing yet. After the 2-3 week break, I will continue to take the ginseng in continued hopes of better health. SPECIAL NOTE: Make sure to read up on this product as it can have many interactions with medications.

I noticed an improvement in memory and focus after 5 days. I already took eleuthero years ago. I like it because it helps me with my memory, it is natural and not bad taste.

I found a very old book in my late father's bookshelf that highly promoted this product. I ordered some and have found an almost immediate benefit! More energy being the greatest of these benefits.
