Really disappointed with my order for several reasons. The canvas was bad quality, it was not pulled tight enough leaving it to stick either out or in, it moves about which is hard to paint and looks bad. The colours of paint I received were not as shown in the picture they sent me. As you can see, my grannies jacket is salmon pink and orange as opposed to cream and beige. The grass is mustard and bright orange instead of green and cream. Some areas don't have any numbers at all. The top of the picture has so many numbers you would need a microscope to see them! They should warn you of the difficulty levels when choosing which picture to go for. I made them aware of the issues and they would not send a new one or new paints, they just gave me a part - not full - refund. I wouldn't recommend you buy a personalised order. The standard one however are much better quality.

When I opened the paints for the first time, they were rock solid and couldn’t even be mixed with water.It’s a shame as the canvas itself is a good quality and the preview picture looked like it would have been great if I could get the paints onto the canvas.I’ve used plenty of paint by number kits in the past and have never had a problem with the paints. I’ve used some over a year after purchasing.

It arrived today, about a week or so early. The detail looks absolutely incredible and I can't wait to get it started. Really great service, keeping the lines of communication open and informing me every step of the way, making sure it was customised exactly the way I wanted it and it's going to make an incredible Christmas gift. Will definitely look at buying more products in the future.

My order has arrived WAY ahead of the advertised delivery time. No idea what the paints are like yet but if the It's as good as the delivery I'll be well pleased.

Well the colours don’t seems quite same as samples (stretch) but I’ll paint everything first to see final result.

I have bought this product 5 times now, I have never been disappointed. It makes painting by numbers even more fun as the picture is a personal choice, a lovely way to make gifts and also to make a special picture that little bit more special. I am looking forward to painting more of my favourite photographs.

I love the idea of this product. Unfortunately, the sections are too small to paint. Even with the magnifying glass - some of the sections are minuscule. Sadly, impossible to actually do.

Painting it is very easy to follow and I am thrilled with it!
