Looks like they should work for pinch welds. They feel the same as the ones Quickjack has.

These do the job in allowing me to jack my car at the designated places (on the weld seams) using my Quick Jack. They are a little on the small side (to me) but work fine. Early days, but seem to be holding up well after multiple uses.
