Perfect for your UFH system
Wiring centre does the job for my UFH combined with Nest heatlink/thermostats. 8 zones with the 8th being for a radiator zone. In hindsight i should have got the UH4 as i only have 3 zones, but this does the job just fine. You could also use this to control other things, not just UFH actuators as it is essentially just a relay board but obviously its primary purpose is actuator, pump, boiler control based on thermostats.

Great looking & easy to use, but unreliable
Great looking piece of equipment, if a little large. Very easy to connect to and intuitively simple to use. Unfortunately not very reliable as one circuit failed after only a few days.

One of the best wiring centres available..I have been installing underfloor heating controls for 15 years and only use these now..
