Coolest colors!
We got my son a Toybox 3D printer for Christmas and he wanted some additional colors of filament. This bundle works perfectly! He has printed several things with all the colors and there have been no issues. It is great quality, no clogging up the machine, and the prints turn out great. We will be buying more colors!

Beautiful Filament!
This works wonderfully when you have it configured to the right settings for your machine. I am brand new to 3D printing, I am using the FlashForge Adventure 5m PRO and it took me a while to get the right settings; I ended up using chatgbt to go over every category in orcaslicer per my machine and choice of filament. Highly recommend! These silky prints printed beautifully! A lot of comments here say this is junk, I guarantee it’s because their settings are off. Configure your settings, do test prints, use a quality machine and it’ll print correctly.

Nice Variety
This is a fun pack with a variety of filament. We are new to 3-D printing so can't say a lot on the more technical aspects; my children use this in their toybox printer. Some prints end up with lots of stripes and others are smoothly shaded. It seems to depend on how it melts or if it twists; each print is a little unique and that makes it fun. We also got the rainbow glow in the dark pack with blue, green, blue-violet and rainbow. The rainbow color takes a lot of printing to change color, so ours is mostly blue-green right now. The glow in the dark filament seems to act a little different (maybe more stringy, it sometimes leaves an extra thin string that looks like spiderwebs) but the prints are fine. They are all a slightly transparent white in the light, but different colors in the dark. The blue-violet is much more purple in person than the picture shows. The other thing we noticed is that the blue-violet one doesn't seem to charge well with whatever normal light bulbs we have in our house, but when charged outside works great. We probably need to try a real UV light. The green seems to charge well in any light.

Tiny reels, but great PETG!
Got the glow in the dark and the translucent colors. Printing TBD. But, I have a Creality K2 and the CFS and these tiny reels don’t work. Had to re-spool onto full size reels to make the prints I was after. Annoying, but not insurmountable. Just wanted to alert everyone about the tiny reels.

Amolen Dual Color 200g Silk PLA Filament Rolls
Printed beautifully right out of the package. These are smaller 200g rolls so be aware of how much your project will require. Might be a bit more because my project used 209g with supports and I still had some left on the roll but not much. I use a Bambu A1, Printed the sugar skull shown below with the Blue/Fuchsia at 220 and 55 on a cool plate. Supports came off super clean and skull was beautiful. I should have used a brim as I got slight pull up on the bottom edges. Probably should not have used the cool plate either and gone textured. Great filament and would absolutely buy a bigger roll next time. Great trial size.

Pretty, but color transition too long for most prints . Brittle on the roll.
Pics are the blue/green and red/gold rolls. Looks pretty where it's clean, but where other filaments with my setup I had not problems of this sort, both rolls I've tried so far from this sample pack chewed up the filament at the extruder gear To be fair...ish... these were in a filament dryer that honestly is bad for using while printing. But again, of the four rolls I've used in that thing, ONLY these two did this at all. Minimal resistance to line tension and retraction. So far the only filaments I've been able to just bend a couple times to break the line or had break while straightening the end to get it into the extruder tubes. Other things to note: This stuff makes STICKY prints. Good for adhesion, but feels like I'm holding a glue stick when holding relatively fresh prints. Makes the results fairly strong too, which is double-edged as getting these supports off has been literally painful. They're, even at effectively minimum density/size, almost as hard as the print itself and very, very clingy to the print body. I could probably learn what settings I could tweak to mitigate this some, but I'd burn most a roll trying. It's worth noting the spool size is ~half a normal 1kg spool. Makes sense given these are 200g rolls, but don't expect the mini-spools to work well in a dryer or any other setups designed for normal rolls. Alone these were jumping and swinging around in my dryer like a jumping bean in hot oil.. Bit odd, but my super glue that's worked on all my PLA stuff so far would not stick to this stuff. To sum up: Prints are pretty and hard when / if you get a print done w/o it falling apart, and get supports off w/o breaking it. Shorter color transition distance would be really nice. An actual complete blending of the two colors the entire roll would probably be much nicer, given the effect this has. The Red/Gold has specks of gold in the red, granted, but w/o the just right lighting one can barely notice even the gold section being gold. Red/gold head is ~26m of material and only the crown of the head is notably gold in normal light (pics are with flash and camera's auto color correction). The blue/green was disappointing too. Printed the four TMNT boys and got two blue ones and two green ones... none were actually blue/green.... and the green is actually teal. Pretty, neat, but REALLY not worth the price for its quality.

Good Quality
The colors on these were exceptional. Loved making fidgets with them.

Very temperamental filament - clogs easily - very small reels
Being somewhat new to 3D printing (2 months) I read the reviews on this filament and all the clogging issues and possible fixes, but I still wanted to try it because it looks great. Alas .. I have the same woes with it as many others have with clogging and failed prints. I first put it in my dryer and got the humidity down below 10% .. loaded it up (the cherry wood) and tried my first print, a small cross pendant and that worked great. After that I tried a longer print (about 7 hours) for a small animal bust figurine, and the printer head clogged 1/2 through. I cleaned the tip, turned up my nozzle and bed temp a little and the print almost completed this time before clogging. After the third attempt failed again (adjusting my temps lower this time). I think I am going to put this away for a while and move on to other project until I have more time to fiddle around with the different printer settings. This is definitely NOT a beginner filament. And so far, it is the only one that has given me much trouble at all. (all my earlier issues were user error while I was learning my printer). The second thing to note, the sample pack contains very small spools which have been hard to mount easily on my filament spool holder on my printer (they like to wobble around without figuring out a way to stabilize them). I will just stick to 1K spools from now on. I rated this a 3 star because it has been a pain to get to work, but I have hope to figure it out. I will update in the future is I figure out anything that works for me.
