Been using for 4 months, nails grow faster and stronger, been trying to stop nail biting so they can recover, hair grows so fast, has definitely helped in my skin care as well I find when stop using it my skin will break out again like it did before I started using it, would recommend but don't expect instant results, for price can't go from and quality is good compared to other ones I have tried will continental use.

I first turned to powdered collagen in desperation as my non-rheumatoid arthritis was becoming increasingly unmanageable, to the point that I was struggling to work, even with over-the-counter painkillers. I was not expecting it to work at all and would have been delighted with maybe a 10% reduction in symptom frequency or severity. What I actually got was more like a 80-90% reduction in both frequency and severity, which feels like some kind of minor miracle; what was an ailment that had been flirting with disability since my mid teens (currently early 30's) has, for now at least, been educed to a minor and occasional nuisance. I originally started with just a bag of collagen powder of a different brand, but it was a bit of a faff, it didn't mix well in drink as it had advertised and it changed the flavour and texture of the foods I mixed it into. I was delighted when I found this in a convenient capsule form, 1-2 caps when I wake up and away I go (price seems much better than the competitors too). Its probably not going to work as well on arthritis for everyone as it did me, particularly not the rheumatoid varieties, but at this price its worth a try. It took a few weeks before I started getting noticeable improvements, its a supplement, not a medication, and reading up on collagen use theres apparently a slightly increase in risk of kidney stones, so probably not suitable for people who've had them in the past.

I am menopausal woman so taking this for skin, hair, joints and other benefits. I’ve been taking for a few weeks now and definitely see some changes. My downs feel more best and supple, skin is looking good and nails have grown. I also feel good in myself and I think this will be regular addition to my other supplements. Taste wise I could taste in coffee , but I pop a vitamin c in with mine and it’s fine could also take with some squash.

Does what it is supposed do.

I have always used the mire expensive competitor brand thinking as the price is higher it would be good. However, I bought this recently and noticed a huge visible change in my skin tone and elasticity. Highly recommended. There is a taste difference but was palatable and after the 2nd time I never noticed any difference in taste. It mixes well with my morning black coffee and I believe the quality is good.

I bought these to try and although the taste is ok I wouldn’t buy again, I’m disappointed by the amount of sugar/sweetener in them, something I’m trying to avoid. Plus they have beef gelatine in - I should have looked more clearly at the ingredients.

A great supplement, easy to take and I see the results within days.

I've done a lot research into this stuff. This particular brand with the high amino acid complex, added vit c and zinc is a winning combination! It's the best value one I've found so far as well. It also mixes into my coffee v well. Highly recommend!
