Lots of minimalist wallets out there, only this one met my needs. I did not want a hardshell-elastic style wallet. I needed a slim wallet with a clip -not for money, but to use as a way to clip the wallet to my shirt collar or waistband of my shorts. I am often wearing very lightweight athletic shorts without pockets, but I may need to run into a store and often need my hands free to carry items or whatever. Knowing this use case, I also wanted my cards to not be in downward facing slots while clipped to my shirt to prevent them falling out. There is low risk of that as all the slots hold the cards very firmly, but this wallet also has two lengthwise slots that I use for my cards and they are much less likely to fall out when the wallet is clipped inside my shirt. Not many people will probably use this wallet this way, but it works great for me and I love it.

My first one has lasted over 20+ years! This replacement seems to be as well made as the one i have to retire from my bad habit of over stuffing it with cc's, forms of ID, health cards and all sorts of other junk that should not have been in there. It simply wore out. I used it everyday. Maybe 'misused' it would be more apropos. Once you get away from a back pocket wallet/bill-fold style you will grow to appreciate knowing your ID, cc's and cash are very secure in your front pocket. The RFID protection for your cc's may not mean much now...until you read about how they caught thieves at the local gas station, grocery store, etc. walking around with cc readers! Then all of sudden you realize what an RFID protector means for your cc info! Buy with confidence as this is an excellent product for your foldable cash, ID and favorite cc's (just try not to overstuff it with cc's- this will easily accommodate 5 cc's. The clip that holds your cash keeps it tension over 20 years as well!

Very good material. Slim design. And the color was rich. This was a gift and it’s one that will be lasting awhile.

I really liked the Magpul Daka and have been using it for years. My one issue with it, is that I needed a money clip and couldn't find a good option to add to the wallet. The Alpine Swiss is slightly larger but still a very thin and light wallet. However, it's absolutely worth the tradeoff in size to add an integrated money clip, additional and more accessible card slots, and RFID protection. Very pleased with this purchase.

Seems good enough quality, and not heavily used, but there was someone’s dirty rewards card in the middle of the wallet. Seems like this one was used.
