Terrible product
Well marked, however it won't stick to any of my rods. Every one of them came off after applying and I used rubbing alcohol to de grease. Don't buy

Nice idea but why make the ruler read right to left?
This product is a great idea, and it helps relieve the annoying process of measuring a fish's length. My only issue is that it curiously reads from right to left rather than left to right. You can see it in the photos, but a backwards tape measure is so inconceivable that it doesn't register until you hold one in your hands and actually try to use it. Every other tape measure in the country reads left to right, which makes this one unintuitive, especially when applied horizontally to coolers and objects other than fishing poles, where you have to read it upside down to use it like other tape measures. This was probably done with the idea that it would be mounted vertically on a fishing rod, but left to right would still be better in that instance as well, so it's puzzling why this one is backwards. It's still usable like this, but annoying and not nearly as easy to use as it would be if it was simply printed like any other tape measure.

Good looking, less good staying stuck
It looks good and stuck, but on one of my rods it didn't stay stuck. I used a little clear packing tape and that is good enough for my purposes. One tip, if your rod is like mine, you're going to need to cut it and more cuts may be better since part of the adhesion problem is that it is not stretchy enough to deal with the tapers on a typical fishing rod.

Didn't stay on.
Didn't stay stuck. I cleaned the pole good before sticking and all of them pealed off unfortunately.

Good adhesive
I’m using it on my fishing kayak. The adhesive holds pretty good.

Adhesive is not the best
I would recommend covering this with packing tape to make sure it stays on. It was peeling back the next day
