It's undeniably a beautiful PC; something you can easily keep atop your desk as it looks extremely slick. That being said, although it packs an AMD RX460 discrete GPU, it works via "switchable graphics" mode, something that is usually reserved for laptops in order to increase battery life. This honestly was an unexpected fact that is not advertised on the product page or included in Samsung's product page. Moreover, recent versions of Windows basically block crucial apps such as all browsers from utilizing the discrete GPU.In light of this, I could see the Intel iGPU struggling with basic things like Youtube videos, to the point that it became next to impossible to have a few tabs open and play 4k video on "dual 4k displays"; which is also an advertised capability.Can you plug in two 4k displays? Yes. Can the computer handle them? It depends on which apps you're running and whether they are able to run on the discrete GPU.Unfortunately, something as basic as a browser is locked from doing so and therefore the potential performance is completely underutilized. I just wanted to point this out given that until some sort of fix is issued by either Samsung, Microsoft or AMD, the computer wont be able to reliably handle simple high res video playback via a browser on a dual screen setup. Otherwise, this thing is a beauty and extremely compact. The built-in audio is great although not as loud as others claim.Finally, the keyboard/mouse connectivity issue is definitely a thing, especially if you have a wifi/bluetooth connected device near them (e.g. a smartphone). In my case the keyboard/mouse couldn't have been more than 1 or 2 feet away from the PC. I hope Samsung continues this product line as it really holds up to its name, "ArtPC". Unfortunately, it's a first gen device with some quirks. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing PC *by J***A on Reviewed in the United States on 26 February 2019* First, I had to get rid of the wireless keyboard and mouse, they simple don’t work at all. Wired is simple better. I had a Logitech (Keyboard) and a Microsoft (mouse) Perfect. Then I had to upgrade from 8 GB Ram to 16. But this operation had to be done by a professional technician due to it is a compact computer it’s a very hard task. Then the sound it’s amazing, very clear and loud sound. As a quad core PC its powerful enough to handle an enormous number of tasks at the same time (see picture). Perfect to work with a Samsung device. I used it with the galaxy watch (Samsung Flow) in order to unlock the PC.
