I love sipping Millie's Thai Lemongrass broth. It is flavorful without being too hot or spicy with just the right taste of Lemongrass. It is so easy to make. I just add two packets then hot water to fill my oversized mug. I leave the bags in to increase the flavor. The broth is soothing and comforting. At times when I have a tummy ache and don't want anything heavy to eat I always turn to Millie's soothing Thai Lemongrass broth but it's also nice for an in-between meal snack. The aroma is pleasant and the low calorie count makes it right for any diet. It is vert versatile and you can add protein or veggies to it if you like but I enjoy sipping it plain. It is keto friendly, gluten and dairy free. I enjoy all of Millie's sipping broths but Thai Lemongrass is my absolute favorite.

Absolutely delicious! I'm a big broth gal, but most broths are too high in sodium or just plain salty. The pho and lemongrass flavors are a perfect balance of flavor. The ease of use is a genius idea, its basically a soup flavored tea bag. Someone told me to add a dash of rice vinegar and chili oil and it will change your life. It did.

Tastes good but not a Pho broth, more of like a vegetable broth. Tastes delicious and will be a good alternative to bone broth. Keep in mind this has maltodextrin in it. I would love for the company to test out actual Pho flavors. Incorporate star anise, cinnamon and other Pho ingredients. I think you will have a bangin' product if you can master that flavor.

I love the taste and that the sodium content is not terrible. It’s very convenient for when traveling or if feeling under the weather. I shared a pack with a friend and she loved it so much she also purchased it. I will definitely be a returning customer.

I LOVE this. I typically toss 1 sachet into a mug, pour 8 ounces (or more!) of hot water over it. Let steep. I keep my sachet in, but it could be squeezed and taken out. I find that the 8 ounce amount tastes really good, but strong and kinda salty. I think 10 ounces is good when I want it a tad weaker. But you make adjustments according to your preference. Could be double brewed, albeit the "broth" will be very very light tasting. Still, nice way to get a little extra. I usually drink it plain, as a way to warm up or simply fill my belly. Sometimes I add a few bits of leftover food (ie, veggies, carb, and/or protein) to make a super simple, super quick "soup". I havent tried other flavors, but will do so. I think though that this "pho" is likely to be my fave. With one sachet this has become a pantry staple for me. I love it when I want something warm, but dont want tea or coffee yet also dont want a meal yet.

The idea is genius. Sometime having a hot savory drink is the solution on a busy day. It’s very convenient and easy to use. The flavor is nothing great. It’s just okay. Granted I have only tried the pho flavor. I will definitely finish the box but won’t repeat the purchase. But I’m happy I tried it.
